Overall, I think this is a pretty solid hobby-grade set of medium-sized detail brushes. While they aren’t quite as nice as my favorite professional-grade brushes, they are a good option given the reasonable price point. The brushes held paint well and had decent tip sharpness for finer details. The longer bristles on the larger brushes made loading paint for broader strokes easy. I was able to get some nice effects while painting acrylics on canvas. The brushes also cleaned up nicely after use with no shedding.My main complaints would be the included brush sizes are not ideal for detailed miniature or other fine-detail work. Also, the brushes easily roll away on a flat surface since they lack any flat spot or stop on the handle.Overall though, for general hobby painting projects these brushes deliver good performance without breaking the bank. They are much better quality than cheap craft brushes. While they won’t replace my go-to brushes, I’ll still keep these on hand for more day-to-day painting needs where I don’t want to risk ruining the expensive ones.If you’re looking for a solid middle-ground paint brush set for acrylics or model painting, I would recommend giving these a try. Just be aware the sizes run a little large for fine detail miniature work. But for canvas or general painting use, they do the job well.
