FEATURES Typical fragrance of Genoese basil, bright green in color, combined with the scent of an excellent Extra Virgin Olive Oil. METHOD As a tradition, Genoese basil is pounded raw with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, walnuts, pine nuts, cheeses and a little garlic. COMBINATIONS Undisputed condiment for trofie, spaghetti and short pasta. Always raw for an extra touch in soups and vegetable soups. STORAGE Keep in a cool place. After opening, keep refrigerated.
