I use a lot of easel pads because I often lead and facilitate design meetings. In early phases, we make lists and bubble charts, to which we need to refer in later phases. So using an easel pad with sticky-note style adhesive allows early pages to be stuck to the wall for reference while we carry out the design on later pages. This easel pad compares well to others I’ve used. The very best ones are from the original sticky-note company, 3M. But they’re pretty expensive. These are a bit less, and they are larger and have more pages. The attached photo shows a used easel pad from my archives on top of this pad. As you can see, they’re about the same height, but this Coidea pad is significantly wider. The real test of this type of pad, though, is how well it sticks to the wall. I’ve gotten generic cheap ones from big box office supply stores that won’t stick for more than an hour or two to the typical conference room wall. This one sticks pretty well. Not as well as the 3M, which will stay indefinitely, but better than the generic ones. On my not too smooth matte-finish living room wall, it stayed up three hours, but on a smoother, more glossy surface, the Coidea pad stuck for over two days before finally falling. The paper is nice and thick, and stiffer than other pads I’ve used. With the extra size and large capacity, I expect to be using these for design meetings regularly.

All stated dimensions of sheet glass are approximate. Because of the unique process and conditions of manufacturing art glass, the sheets are not perfectly square, nor are the sizes exact. Unless noted otherwise all sheet glass is approximately 1/8″ thick.

*Note On Image Accuracy: While glass is notoriously difficult to capture well in a photograph, great care is given to present glass as true-to-life as possible. Computer monitors vary widely and may not reliably portray the glass or its color.
