DCC Decoder Sound Fitting Service

Description DCC Decoder Sound Fitting Service. Our DCC fitting service is to fit a DDC Sound Decoder into your locomotive. Approx. 2 week lead time. We install as standard the ESU LokSound V5 Decoder with the Sugar Cube Speaker – please enquire if you require a different Decoder or speaker. This is an option for us to fit one Decoder into one Locomotive. Step 1. We will send you an information form for you to complete, including postal details for you to send your locomotive(Please use a recorded service) Step 2. Once we receive your locomotive or Multiple unit we will test on DC operation to check for any running faults Step 3. We work out the best Decoder to install and proceed with the installation. If you have a preference of a Decoder, then we will install that decoder.  Step 4. Then a test run on DCC to check operation Step 5. Return the locomotive back to yourselves. (A point to remember – some older locomotives may not be suitable for this service – please enquire) Postage is for the returning of the Locomotive to yourselves.
