It does not include nails, or any kind of sticky tabs or nail glue to use to apply the nails, nothing to attach the nails to the cards like double sided tape, and it doesn’t include any kind of tools that you would want to include like nail files or cuticle pushers. It is packaging and display cards only- you would have to add in all of the other stuff yourself.I’m very happy with both the appearance and the quality of the packaging and display cards- it’s all very pretty and good quality. The attached instruction cards are in both English and another language (maybe Chinese or korean?) and have both written instructions and pictures printed on them showing how to properly prep your real nails and how to properly apply press ons.The included instruction cards say “take out the nail file and gently polish the nail surface to remove grease. Wipe the nail with a cleaning piece until it is clean and then dry it. Choose the nail piece with proper size, drop the glue on the side of the nail or stick it on to the back of the nail piece with jelly glue. Stick the nail piece from the root of the nail to the front edge of the nail and press it for about 10 seconds until it sticks firmly. After pasting trim the edges with a nail file and make them neat” …So yes the instruction cards would be helpful for someone who has never really used press ons before, but they arent really worded the best and I honestly will not even include them when I use this product to send out my press ons. It’s the only thing I don’t like about this product, I wouldve given it 5 stars but these instruction cards aren’t even close to the instructions that i would give to someone applying press ons for their first time, plus they are covered in a different language.I honestly wouldve preferred even a blank card to write or print my own instructions on, over these poorly pictured and poorly written directions. I wouldn’t have even deducted a star for it had i been able to easily just take the instruction cards OUT, but they are not easily removed from the display cards. the two cards come already attached to eachother and im scared that if I try to remove the instruction cards it will rip or damage the beautiful display cards.Overall I’m still very happy with this product- I’ve already got a few sets of nails all packaged up with this packaging, ready to go. I already have alot of double sided sticky tape, and it was very easy to attach the nails to the display cards using my tape. I had also ordered a “press on nails tool kits” kit a few months ago that had come with 20 sets of sticky tabs, mini nail files, cuticle pushers, and alcohol pads. I used my roll of double sided tape to stick the nails onto the display card, I slipped in one of my pre-packed, not included nail tool kits, and it was ready to go. Everything fits perfectly into these included plastic sleeves, and it all looks great! As far as appearance goes, I’m VERY happy with how pretty these display cards and packaging looks
